Group Therapy For
Psychosis & Schizophrenia

Living with psychosis or schizophrenia can feel isolating, anxiety-provoking, and challenging. You might find that your experiences, thoughts, and feelings are hard to share with others or that other people cannot fully understand your experience. These feelings are common with a diagnosis of schizophrenia, but they don’t have to mean that connection is impossible.

Our outpatient group therapy provides a space where you can connect with others who share an understanding of the various challenges associated with a schizophrenia diagnosis. Facilitated by psychiatrist Dr. Lavy and psychologist Dr. Levy, the group therapy space fosters collaboration, shared learning, and meaningful connection. Our clinical philosophy uses principles in common with the Hearing Voices Network. The group experience offers encouragement, practical advice, and opportunities for relational development, helping you feel more confident in connecting with others. Over time, the group process broadens awareness of yourself and others, instilling hope for the future.

The group fee is $175 per session. We offer courtesy out-of-network insurance filing and a sliding scale. The group meets in midtown Manhattan, near Penn Station. Feel free to reach out for more information about the meeting location and time.
