Men's Process Group (Ages 30-60)

Service Description

This group offers a space for men to explore and process their life experiences. Topics in the group include: relationships, grief, childhood experiences, anxiety, and depression. For many, engaging in group work is a reparative experience, helping them work through the pain of loneliness and disconnection in a community of other men. The group is "process" driven, meaning that it is facilitated with an eye toward spontaneity, aiming to foster deeper connections and insights among its members. It empowers its members to navigate life's challenges with resilience, nurturing personal growth, and enhancing their capacity to form meaningful relationships.
