Group Therapy

Men's Anger Management Group (Virtual Group)

Anger management process groups, led by a licensed psychologist, provide a structured yet supportive space for individuals to explore and manage their anger more effectively. In these groups, members meet regularly to share experiences, gain insight into their triggers, and develop healthier ways of expressing and regulating anger. Through guided discussions, practical strategies, and real-time feedback, participants learn to recognize destructive patterns, build emotional resilience, and practice healthier communication in a safe and constructive environment.

Anger Management Group (Zoom)

In anger management group, participants come together to understand and address the triggers, thoughts, and behaviors that fuel their anger. The group explores strategies such as recognizing early signs of anger, improving emotional regulation, and learning healthier ways to express feelings. Members often share personal experiences and provide feedback to one another.

Group therapy for anger management is effective and operates through several mechanisms, including allowing participants to see they’re not alone, offering opportunities to practice new skills in a supportive environment, and receiving constructive input from others with similar struggles. The group dynamic mirrors real-world interactions, providing a space to test new behaviors and build better communication patterns. Group members often describe these sessions as critical to supporting and rebuilding trust in their relationships.

The group fee is $70 per session, and paid in 3 month increments. Group members are expected to attend group weekly upon admission, but can discontinue their membership to the group at any time. We offer courtesy out-of-network insurance filing and a sliding scale. Feel free to reach out for more information about the meeting times.
